They would appear to be very helpful when you are in store. Good luck on getting any customer support from the store or online if anything happens to your purchase. I purchased a bag and they shipped it via UPS free shipping. Later on, UPS charged me $7.99 holding fee. I contacted the store and online support, no one would help me, they said I should contact UPS. Well, your shipping service should cover this so the UPS wouldn't charge me for holding the package for me! I will never buy from Coach again. So many brands, why should I choose you!

I went to this location with 5 of my Coachbags from my past to learn more about the Re love program. The manager that assessed my bags basically told me that I would be better off re selling the bags on Poshmark , not even offering a responsible recycling on site option as stated on the website.....as she spoke through her small attached microphone to another employee. My experience left alot to be desired!

I spent about 1hr here. Sales associate "May" (I hope that's how you spell it, never asked 🤦‍♀️) was helpful, friendly and inviting to other options. I went in to check out the limited edition sneakers to see them in person, wasn't wooed but I do love the handbag and needed to think some more before I make a final decision. I ended up getting 2 makeup pallets, the sharks 😍😍 and I hope to make a decision on the bag. Which bag do you think looks better? I would go back to this location just based off of my customer service.

I met Ty, who helped me find a bag, and was not only friendly, kind and helpful (everything a sales associate should be) but he was everything a person should be. We made friendly small talk and shared some laughs, we complimented each other's nails and overall, Ty and this coach store were truly wonderful, I'm so happy with my purchase. If you're going to go to a coach store in nyc, I recommend this one. Thank you Ty for the little note and I'm still looking for that email about my visit to coach so I can fill it out! 💗💕💞💋

This was my first time to a retail Coach store and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I was greeted by approximately 3-5 sale associates as soon as I walked in the door. They all smiled and immediately asked if I needed any help. I chose to just look around. After I made a trip around the store Miguel approached me and asked to help me. He was EXTREMELY knowledgable about what he was selling and to say I was impressed is an understatement. He patiently worked with me close to 30 minutes until we narrowed down what I was looking for and finally to my final purchases. I absolutely love the items I chose. I'm going back in October and will definitely return to this store. So if you were looking for friendly service and someone who knows a little something about Coach and their products I highly recommend going to this store!

Chris, Ty, and Kyle were all super helpful in the boutique. Romano (Romand?) was particularly helpful over the phone. An exceptional boutique experience all around. The team was so wonderful they really make me want to come into the boutique and shop if for no other reason than the vibes alone. I look forward to my next visit!

Order number CCP00196283. They sent me the picture of the item I ordered but when I opened the box it was the wrong colour (a hideous orange) and then they refuse to process returns because it’s final sale. So they have a store credit (not including the tax btw) and I ordered the same item again, and they sent me the wrong item twice. I call customer service they say it’s a mix up at warehouse due to the same style number and still no response so now I have two HIDEOUS orange straps and my money.

We had a great experience at the biggest Coach store thanks to Enrique. We walked in right when the store was about to close looking to get my bag detail and he did! He took care of us in such a short period of time with the highest level of service possible, thank you so much once again Enrique!
